FAT CHAPS UK LTD provides programming education services including but not limited to:

• Full-Stack Web Development bootcamps
• Data Science and Analytics courses
• Mobile App Development programs
• DevOps Engineering training
• Career placement and support services
• Online learning platforms and resources

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have legal authorization to work in the UK
• Must meet any course-specific prerequisites
• Must complete the application and interview process

3.2 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is subject to application approval, successful completion of the interview process, and payment of required fees. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Course Fees

• Full-Stack Web Development: £3,500
• Data Science & Analytics: £4,000
• Mobile App Development: £3,800
• DevOps Engineering: £4,200

4.2 Payment Options

• Full payment due before course start date
• Installment plans available (subject to approval)
• Income Share Agreements (ISA) available for qualified students
• All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

4.3 Late Payments

Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts. We reserve the right to suspend access to services for accounts in arrears.

5. Student Obligations

5.1 Academic Integrity

• Complete all assignments and projects independently unless collaboration is explicitly permitted
• Properly cite all sources and acknowledge assistance
• Do not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty
• Respect intellectual property rights of course materials

5.2 Attendance and Participation

• Maintain regular attendance (minimum 80% attendance required)
• Actively participate in class discussions and group work
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Notify instructors of any absences in advance when possible

5.3 Professional Conduct

• Treat staff, instructors, and fellow students with respect
• Maintain a professional learning environment
• Follow all facility rules and regulations
• Use technology and equipment responsibly

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Course Materials

All course materials, curriculum, lectures, and content are proprietary to FAT CHAPS UK LTD and protected by copyright. Students may use materials for personal educational purposes only.

6.2 Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original projects and assignments. However, FAT CHAPS UK LTD may use student work for promotional and educational purposes with proper attribution.

8. Job Placement Services

8.1 Career Support

We provide career placement assistance including resume review, interview preparation, and connections to our hiring partner network. However, we cannot guarantee employment.

8.2 Job Placement Statistics

Our 98% job placement rate is based on graduates who complete the program and actively participate in our job search support within 6 months of graduation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAT CHAPS UK LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Student

Students may withdraw from the program at any time. Refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund Policy.

11.2 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for violation of these terms, academic dishonesty, or conduct that disrupts the learning environment.

12. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify our services, fees, and these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students with appropriate notice.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
